Paul Seamon

Paul Seamon, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Viventium, overseeing a team of over 30 in finance, accounting, tax, HR, legal, analytics, and transformation since 2024. Previously, Paul held various significant roles, including Interim Chief Financial Officer at Paymentus, where management of a 40-member team and oversight of quarterly financial reporting were key responsibilities. As VP of Finance and Strategy, Paul led critical projects to enhance profitability. At Alight Solutions, Paul served as EVP of Finance, overseeing a $1.7 billion division, and at Fiserv, Paul was Vice President of Investor Relations and CFO for Biller Solutions, excelling in strategic communications and financial leadership. Earlier experience includes consulting at McKinsey & Company and extensive roles at Discover Financial Services in security, risk management, and product development. Paul earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University.
