Brent Baughn

Brent Baughn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and account management. Currently serving as the Head of Account Management for vivenu since July 2024, Brent previously held various positions at Actsoft Inc from 2009 to 2024, including Director of Customer Experience, where leadership involved oversight of multiple teams and achieving significant customer retention rates. Notable accomplishments also include enhancing proactive engagement and generating revenue through innovative product management and strategic partnerships.
