Viviana Santisteban

With more than 25 years of experience in the Human Resources profession, Viviana Santisteban is responsible for developing and maintaining the HR functions at VIVEX Biologics, including, professional development, compensation and benefits and employee relations. She is also key in managing recruitment and employee retention efforts.

Prior to joining VIVEX, Ms. Santisteban served as Director of Talent & Culture for Accor Hotels. She has also held the position of Director of Human Resources for several well-known companies, both local and international, including Staff Pro LLC, Amerikooler, Four Seasons Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Nobu Hospitality and Biltmore Hotels among others.

She is an eight-time recipient of the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association’s Leadership Award for “Diversity in the Workplace, Community Relations and Employee Relations”, and was awarded South Florida Business and Wealth’s 2016 “Sr. HR Executive APOGEE” Award. Viviana has also been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) for nearly two decades and was on the Board of Directors for the Hospitality Human Resources Association for 15 years where she served as President and Treasurer.

Viviana earned a Bachelors of Arts from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.
