Tiffany Holiman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tiffany started their career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Daiichi Sankyo, Publicis & Reliant Pharmaceuticals from 2003 to 2008. Tiffany then worked as an Epic Healthcare Software Trainer at Mercy from 2008 to 2010.

From 2012 to 2018, Tiffany worked at BKD CPAs & Advisors as a Marketing and Business Development Manager in the healthcare sector. During this time, they focused on expanding client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and representing the company at professional associations and conferences.

After that, they joined Netsmart in 2018 as a Client Alignment Executive, where they were responsible for achieving sales quotas, cultivating executive relationships, and facilitating collaboration across various teams.

In 2021, Tiffany became the Director of Client Success at SOC Telemed, where they fostered long-term customer relationships and resolved challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.

In 2022, they joined Access TeleCare as the Senior Director of Client Services, where they developed and executed strategic initiatives, led a team, and optimized departmental processes to enhance customer success and engagement.

Currently, Tiffany is the Director of Provider Customer Success at Vivian Health, a position they have held since 2023.

Tiffany Holiman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University in 2001. Tiffany also received additional certifications as a Group Fitness Instructor in 2014 and as a Basic Life Support CPR & First Aid Instructor from the American Heart Association in April 2001.
