Simon Dean

Simon Dean has extensive experience in resource management and contract administration, currently serving as a Senior Business Resource Manager at VIVID since September 2015, focusing on resource planning and performance monitoring. In addition, Simon has been a Contracts & Resource Manager at First Wessex since October 2012, overseeing refurbishments and managing a £5 million supply contract. Prior roles include Planned Maintenance & Contracts Manager at Mountjoy Ltd from 2001 to 2012, as well as Contract Analyst & Improvement Manager and Account Manager. Simon holds a BTEC in Business and Finance from Bournemouth and Poole College and completed education at Bournemouth School.
