Aldo Chavez is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Vivino since August 2024. Prior experience includes a pivotal role as the Director of Customer Success at Forecast, where contributions included founding the Customer Success team and operationalizing the customer journey.
