Paul Soye

Paul Soye, Ph.D., MBA, currently serves as Practice Director for Life Sciences at Korn Ferry and holds a position on the Board of Directors for Vivior AG. Soye is the Founder of Hibernian Consulting, LLC, which focuses on business consulting in global medical device research and development, and has extensive experience in strategic roles at notable organizations, including Mojo Vision as VP of Medical Industry Strategy and Novartis (Alcon Division) as Vice President and Global Franchise Head for Cataract Surgery R&D. Previous positions at Alcon Laboratories included Vice President of Global Clinical and Regulatory Affairs and Vice President of IOL R&D. Soye earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and two Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry from University College Dublin.
