Olia Kaiser

Olia Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Olia is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Vivix Studios since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SUEK as a logistics professional from October 2020 to October 2021. Olia also co-founded Plantazia Green Rock, where they held the position of Chief Financial Officer from June 2015 to October 2020. In addition, they served as the Head of Business Strategy at the Analytical Center under the Government of Russia from March 2019 to July 2020. Olia's previous roles also include Senior Investment Analyst at Sigma Capital from May 2017 to February 2019, and Associate Analyst Equity Research at VTB Capital from November 2014 to June 2015. Olia began their career as a Project Manager at Petrosapiens, where they worked from July 2011 to October 2014.

Olia Kaiser completed their first Master's degree in Economics from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Olia attended from 2001 until 2007. Later, they pursued a second Master's degree in Finance from the New Economic School, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
