Jamie Rincker has been working in the nutrition field since 2005. In 2012, they began their Graduate Assistant role at Drexel University. In 2013, they became a Dietetic Intern at Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions. In 2015, they were a Registered Dietitian at Total Healthcare MD. In 2016, they became a Research Dietitian Clinician at Duke University Health System, specializing in weight and health management studies and senior health. In 2017, they became the Owner and Provider at Fork Nutrition Counseling, LLC, providing individualized nutrition counseling in a private, one-on-one setting. In 2020, they became the Head of Nutrition at Vivo.
Jamie Rincker obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Natural Resources and Conservation from the University of Montana in 2004. In 2011, they completed a MS in Human Nutrition from Drexel University with a focus in Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2015, they obtained three certifications: a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist from the North Carolina Board of Dietetics/Nutrition in June, a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration in March, and a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in February.
