Ian Pugh is currently the Technology Operations Manager at VIVO Defence Services. Previously, Ian has worked at FedEx as an IT Manager and at TNT Express as a Senior Windows Design Architect. Ian's expertise includes SCCM Endpoint Patch Management strategy and reporting, Airwatch, VDI, SmartSheet, SCCM Orchestrator, and desktop encryption. Ian holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Cannock Chase Technical College.
