Joseph Wei-Chang Chen

Joseph Wei-Chang Chen is an experienced product manager currently working at Wistron since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing Dell commercial desktop PC ODM projects and driving product development initiatives. Prior to Wistron, Joseph served as Assistant Manager in Global Product Marketing for Philips TV at TPV from September 2012 to January 2020, where key achievements included creating a successful Go-To-Market strategy that led to annual sales of 4 million units and transforming a loss-making business unit into profitability. Joseph's earlier role as Senior Product Specialist at TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd. involved commercializing innovative products such as the first generation electric vehicle motor. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from National Taiwan Normal University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Fu Jen Catholic University.
