Job description

We are looking for a dynamic manager who can support different areas of business through financial leadership during Vivrelle’s growth. This role will partner with business leads to drive financial and strategic success, assist in board deck presentations and preparation, manage reporting needs, build and manage financial models, lead forecasting and budgeting efforts, and support cross-functional collaboration. 

This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. It reports to the CEO and Founder.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly reporting packages and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team, and quarterly reporting and presentations for the Board of Directors
  • Create visually pleasing and data filled presentations for potential and current strategic partners
  • Manage the segment financial models and lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate data input and reporting
  • Provide guidance and support to business partners in analyzing financial data and understanding variances between actual performance vs. plan and forecast
  • Own and manage various operational budgets across departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree (or equivalent experience) is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or related roles
  • Start-up experience in a high-growth retail or product environment is a plus
  • Strong understanding of of accounting principles and financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a strong ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficient with powerpoint and creative decks for pitching strategic partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities
