Andy Milner has extensive experience in customer service and order retention, currently serving as a Customer Order Retention Administrator and previously as a Customer Service Advisor at VIVUP since October 2020. Prior to that, Andy held the position of Business Advisor at Dixons Retail for nearly 24 years, from November 1996 to September 2020. Andy began a career in retail management as a Department Manager at Homebase, working there from May 1991 until November 1996.
