Ewa Wernerowicz

Ewa Wernerowicz has an extensive background in financial services, primarily in debt collection and operations management. Currently serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and CEO at Soonly Finance since November 2012, Ewa has also held roles as Chief Operations Officer and Collection Department Director. Previously, Ewa worked at Polbank EFG from January 2006 to December 2012 as Division Manager and Team Manager in Debt Collection, overseeing internal collection call center management and responsibility for financial outcomes in consumer and mortgage loan collections. Ewa began the career at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. as a Training Specialist in the Collection Department. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Gdynia Maritime University and a postgraduate degree in Innovation Leadership from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, along with ongoing studies at IESE Business School.
