Eric Burt

Eric Burt has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as Director of IT at Vixxo since May 2011. Notable accomplishments include successfully coordinating a migration project to Amazon Connect, managing a swift transition to a work-from-home model during the COVID-19 pandemic, and designing a Cisco Meraki SD-WAN architecture. Previously, Eric held the position of IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing network operations and ensuring remote connectivity. As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, Eric co-architected Vixxo's Microsoft Azure presence, leading the migration of on-premise loads to the cloud. Prior to Vixxo, Eric worked as a Network Engineer at Fallon Community Health Plan from October 2003 to May 2011, focusing on network security and facilitating secure electronic communications among local healthcare entities.
