David Decker

As CIO of VIZI Healthcare, David is focused on ensuring VIZI’s information and technology investments are aligned with its strategic objectives and providing a clear competitive advantage for future business opportunities. He is responsible for all VIZI’s technology needs and works to ensure its products delivers both operational and clinical excellence.

Mr Decker is an accomplished Health Care Information Technology executive with more than 30 years of innovative, visionary and change management leadership where he has established a solid track record of success by introducing applied innovations in the use of cloud, mobile and business intelligent technologies. He has significant experience integrating merged companies, new business start-up, product development and operational support within the healthcare industry and specifically Government Programs. Prior to joining VIZI Healthcare, Mr Decker has managed all areas of technology and has held numerous senior leadership positions.

Prior CIO/CTO positions include Independent Living Systems, UnitedHealth Care Government Programs, Evercare and Lifemark. Leadership responsibilities included managing more than 600+ employees, over 150 million budget, and supporting 14.5 billion in revenue. Mr Decker is a six sigma executive green belt, and holds degrees in Business Information Systems, Accounting and Economics from Illinois State University.
