Kaitlyn Drew

Kaitlyn Drew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and client management. Since December 2013, Kaitlyn has served as the Director of Product Delivery at Vizient, Inc, where responsibilities include leading strategic relationship initiatives and overseeing key products such as LENS and SCORE. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn was a Senior Client Experience Manager at Safe & Reliable Healthcare, where oversight of the Client Experience team focused on resolving client inquiries and enhancing relationships through effective communication. Kaitlyn also held the position of Client Experience Manager, where the development of standardized workflows contributed to operational improvements and prepared the company for acquisition in 2022. Educationally, Kaitlyn attended Palm Beach Atlantic University and Gordon College, as well as the Cortiva Institute, earning a degree as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
