Courtney Halim

Courtney Halim has a diverse background in both HR operations and graphic design. With experience at VIZIO and TseMeDesign, Courtney has demonstrated strengths in automating processes, developing policies, and managing various HR functions. As a former HR & Marketing Manager at the City of Irvine, Courtney also showed proficiency in implementing new systems and finding solutions to increase productivity. Educationally, Courtney holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BA in Graphic Design from Concordia University.
