Ryan Cooper

Ryan Cooper is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Vizrt since 2018. Previously, Ryan held positions at NewTek as a Software Engineer and at the Edwards Aquifer Authority as a Groundwater Modeling Software Developer, where the focus was on developing data aggregation services for hydrological data. Ryan also founded Centauri Software & Innovations, a bioinformatics and statistical software research start-up, and developed curricula for the University of Texas at San Antonio's iTEC program. Earlier experience includes roles as a Microsoft Student Partner and an intern at NewTek. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and English from St. Mary's University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature at the same institution.
