Bill Stalnaker -

Bill Stalnaker is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience in program and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Program Manager at VMD Corp since February 2022, Bill previously held positions as a Service Delivery Manager at Belcan and Program Manager roles at Buchanan & Edwards and CCSi, where leadership was provided to over 90 staff on a $20 million annual task order. Bill has also contributed as a Capture Manager at Windward IT Solutions and as a Senior Program Manager at STG, overseeing critical projects for the Department of State. Earlier experience includes roles at The Orkand Corporation, Pinkerton Computer Consultants, and Executive Resource Associates, complemented by a strong educational background from Park University.
