John Pfister

John Pfister currently serves as the Director of Cyber Security at VMD Corp, a position held since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading the establishment of a comprehensive Cybersecurity Community of Practice, managing cybersecurity initiatives, and aligning security metrics with organizational goals. Prior to this, John held roles such as Cybersecurity & Engineering Lead and Senior Solutions Architect in various organizations, including Omni Federal and Odyssey Systems. With a strong background in cybersecurity engineering, system security, and project management, John has developed technical roadmaps and implemented solutions adhering to industry standards. John holds a B.S. in Information Technology Networking and Telecommunications and an A.A. in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
