Egidijus Kubilius has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Egidijus began their career as a Fire safety and security worker at Koncernas ACHEMOS GRUPĖ in 2008 and worked there until 2017. From 1997 to 2018, Kubilius served as a Shift Commander at the State Fire and Rescue Service. In 2015, they joined uTest as a QA Tester, where they worked until 2018. Kubilius then joined UAB Sakuona as a Fire Protection Specialist/Health and Safety Specialist from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they worked at Klaipėdos uostas/Port of Klaipėda as a Health and Safety Senior Specialist from 2019 to 2022, and later as a Supply and Occupational Safety Coordinator from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Occupational Safety and Health Group at VMG Group since 2023. Throughout their career, Kubilius has gained extensive experience in occupational safety, health, and fire protection.

Egidijus Kubilius obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from Klaipėdos valstybinė kolegija from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including one on Health, safety and security from APEC-Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center in February 2020, one on Psichosocialinių rizikos veiksnių vertinimas and one on Ergonominių rizikos veiksnių vertinimas from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in December 2019 and November 2019 respectively, a certification on Civilinės saugos pažymėjimas from Klaipėdos priešgaisrinė gelbėjimo valdyba in September 2018, a certification on Darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos specialisto, dirbančio visų ekonominės veiklos rūšių įmonėse pažymėjimas from Valstybinė darbo inspekcija prie Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos in May 2018, and a certification on Priešgaisrinės saugos pažymėjimas from UAB SDG in April 2018.
