Chief Justice Abenes

Chief Justice Abenes currently serves as the Lead Platform Engineer for Genesys Cloud at VMS BioMarketing, focusing on its integration with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. Previous roles include Solutions Architect at Wittij Consulting, Senior System Engineer at Spruce with a highlight on leading the Genesys Cloud Suite, AVP and Lead Application Engineer at PNC responsible for the Contact Center Technology stack, and Lead Systems Architect at Affirm, where significant contributions were made to the Customer Engagement Platform. Abenes has also held positions at Duquesne Light Company as a Voice Network Engineer, along with various internships that laid a robust foundation in IT and web development. Abenes earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
