Mandy Moore

Mandy led VMS through a strategic transition to better address industry demands and client needs to make it a nationally recognized patient support solutions organization.

Mandy co-founded VMS BioMarketing with Neal Rothermel after the launch of her career in Washington DC, where she played an instrumental role in event production for healthcare and political arenas and helped produce 18 inaugural events. Her strengths and expertise in strategic meetings and large scale event management, coupled with her spirit for change management within organizations, have helped to transform VMS into an industry leader in providing Nurse Educator patient support solutions.

With a focus on moving the business upstream to better understand and counsel clients throughout the planning process, Mandy helped to attract an A-team of brand marketers from the pharma and biotech industry and to expand the existing service offering of VMS to include marketing solutions. By focusing on industry changes and leading a successful transition of her own company, Mandy grew the enterprise from a strategic meetings management company to a leading authority on patient solutions.

Mandy graduated from Purdue University with a BA in communications. Just a few of her honors include the Indianapolis Business Journal's "Forty Under Forty Most Influential People in Indiana" and a President's Award from the Indiana chapter of Meeting Professionals International. Through Mandy's development of VMS, the company gained credit as one of the "Fastest Growing Companies" by Inc. Magazine three times, a 3-time awarded "Great Place to Work" by Great Place to Work®, and the Indiana Youth Foundation's "Best Places to Work."
