Fátima Mascheroni

Fátima Mascheroni has worked in the software engineering field since 2007. Fátima began their career with an internship at the Banco Central del Paraguay. In 2011, they took a job as a Technical Support at Laboratorio Medicis. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Project Leader & Software Developer, then a Senior Software Engineer at ROSHKA S.A. During their time there, they managed the implementation of a new nationwide instant payment system and coordinated a team of 12 people to build the first mobile application for a major bank in the country. Fátima also maintained responsibilities as a Software Developer & Analyst, consulting with clients to understand and define the requirements of the product and the bank customer’s experience. Since 2022, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at VNTANA.

Fátima Mascheroni has a diverse educational background. From 1996 to 2008, they attended Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, Salesianito, where they earned a Bachillerato Técnico in Informática. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Nacional de Asunción, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Analysis. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Free Code Camp, where they earned a Full Stack Web Development Certification in Computer Software Engineering. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Virginia Commonwealth University - College of Engineering, where they earned a Master of Science in Computer Science. Fátima also attended University of Delaware in 2017 for the English Language Institute.
