Priyanka Mhaisne

Priyanka Mhaisne is a Senior Associate in Portfolio and Registry Management for Carbon Offset Projects at VNV Advisory Services since October 2021, having previously held the title of Associate in the same department. Priyanka's role focuses on managing and supporting the implementation of carbon offset projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as Gold Standard, Verra, and GCC. Prior to this, Priyanka gained experience as an Intern in Land Use and Forestry at VNV, working on agroforestry and sustainable agriculture projects. Additional experience includes a Summer Internship at CSIR - Central Leather Research Institute, where work involved biogas generation from leather waste, and an apprenticeship in Microbiology Research and Development at Hitech Biosciences, focusing on recombinant enzyme production. Priyanka holds a Master of Technology in Environmental Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Sinhgad College of Engineering.
