Nilesh Prasad

Nilesh Prasad has 13 years of work experience. Nilesh started their career in 2004 as a Service Engineer at Compunet Systems Solutions, where they managed a team of technicians and handled tasks such as routing network cables and configuring small networks. In 2007, they joined ARC Technology as a Product Support Manager, where they interacted with various teams to investigate and resolve escalations, diagnosed and solved a range of issues, and helped develop web-based support initiatives. Nilesh worked at ARC Technology until 2012. In 2007, they also started working at ARC Technologies as a Release Manager and Technical Ops, where they stayed until 2016. Since 2016, Nilesh has been working at Vocera Communications as a Senior Supportability and Escalations Manager.

Nilesh Prasad obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of the South Pacific, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.
