Videsha Proothveerajh is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief of Vodacom Business South Africa since June 2024. Prior to this role, Videsha held the position of CEO and Chairperson of LexisNexis South Africa from October 2019 to June 2024. Videsha's extensive experience includes a decade at Intel Corporation, where roles spanned from EMEA DATACENTRE LEAD to Country Manager for Southern Africa. Additional experience includes a tenure at Microsoft South Africa as Partner Group Manager and working as Client Delivery Executive at EDS South Africa. Videsha's education includes an MBA focused on Advanced Strategic Management from Harvard Business School, alongside studies in Economics and Information Systems from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Further academic development was pursued at the University of California, Berkeley.
