Helder Massango

Helder Luciano Massango serves as the Interim Head of IT Operations at Vodacom Moçambique since June 2016, where responsibilities include leading the newly established IT Operations department comprising five domains and driving continuous improvement. Previous roles at Vodacom Moçambique include Corporate Applications Operations Manager, Shared Technology Capability Manager, and IT Service Delivery & Office IT Manager, focusing on operational oversight, resource management, and service delivery excellence. Prior to Vodacom, Massango worked at BCX in various capacities, including Service Delivery Manager and Customer Engineer, managing client relationships and ensuring compliance and quality in IT service delivery. Massango holds a Licentiate Degree in Computer Science from Eduardo Mondlane University, completed in 2012.
