Geetanjali Bhattacharya

Geetanjali Bhattacharya has a diverse work experience in the customer service and retail industry. Geetanjali is currently working as the Executive Vice President and Head of Retail at Vodafone Idea Limited. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Nykaa. Before that, Geetanjali worked at Reliance Retail for almost 9 years, where they were the National Head of Customer Experience and Customer Services. Geetanjali also has experience at Kingfisher Airlines as the Head of Customer Service and General Manager, and at Spicejet Limited as the Head of Customer Service and Process Planning. Geetanjali's earlier experience includes working as a Service Delivery Leader at Tech Mahindra.

Geetanjali Bhattacharya attended St. Mary's high school in India. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Statistics/Economics from St. Mary's Convent Kanpur, completing their studies between 1987 and 1996.
