Hardik Shah has a diverse work experience in the telecom industry. Hardik started their career as an MIS Executive at Idea Cellular Ltd in 2007. Hardik then worked at Videocon Telecommunications Ltd as a Marketing- U&R Executive, where they were responsible for driving usage and retention through value vouchers and segmented offers. Hardik also worked at One97 Communications Limited as a Senior Executive, handling circle operations for Idea and managing product launches and campaigns to achieve revenue targets. Hardik later joined Tata Docomo as a Senior Executive, focusing on base enhancement and new product development. Hardik then moved to Idea Cellular Ltd as a Segment Manager, where they worked on customer lifecycle management and data analysis. Currently, Hardik is working at Vodafone Idea Limited as a Lead in product and campaign management, responsible for segmentation framework and campaign performance monitoring to increase revenue and penetration.
Hardik Shah obtained a Master's degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Commerce from Goverment Commerce Colledge from 2004 to 2007.
