Joanne Paul is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer care and contact center management. Currently serving as the Head of Small Business Care at Vodafone since November 2014, Joanne oversees the SME and SoHo Care and Complaint estate and is responsible for the design and execution of customer journeys to support product growth. Prior roles include Head of Broadband Operations and Site Lead at Vodafone, Head of Contact Centre at Regenersis, and Contact Centre Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Joanne's career commenced with BGL Group, where various managerial positions were held, including Customer Experience Support Manager and Call Centre Manager. Joanne's early experience includes leading a flagship Phones4u store, where sales and profit margins consistently exceeded expectations. Joanne holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Teesside University.
