Mandar Khapli

Mandar Khapli is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in managing strategic initiatives and projects within the telecommunications sector. Currently, Mandar serves as the Technology Lead for UK GenAI Initiatives at Vodafone, assisting the CIO in identifying valuable projects and establishing governance frameworks. Prior roles at Vodafone include Head of Technology Demand and Delivery for Mobile Propositions, where Mandar was responsible for technology strategy for over 17 million subscribers, and Senior Portfolio Manager, which involved enhancing governance within a multi-million-pound portfolio. Previous experience at Aricent includes Senior Engineering Project Manager, where Mandar successfully recovered failing integrations and managed budgets up to £1.5 million. An MBA graduate from London Business School, Mandar also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
