Victoria Light has over a decade of experience in various roles within the telecommunications and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Risk and Control Manager for Consumer Duty at Vodafone since September 2013, Victoria has held multiple positions at the company, including Proposition Delivery Specialist, Implementation Lead, Change Management Specialist, Sales Team Leader, Development Coach, Webchat Retention Sales Agent, and Inbound Retention Sales. Prior to Vodafone, Victoria worked as a Sales Consultant at Sofology from February 2011 to August 2013 and held roles in retention sales and customer care at Phones 4u from February 2008 to February 2011. Victoria's educational background includes attendance at Fenton 6th Form College from 2005 to 2007 and St Peter's High School from 2000 to 2005.
