Meghna Damle

Meghna Damle is an experienced Application Engineer at Vode Lighting LLC since July 2020, with a previous role as Photometry Lab Manager at Acuity Brands from September 2014 to August 2019. In this capacity, Meghna led daily meetings to manage testing teams, developed standard work procedures for laboratory tests, and served as an Illumination Design Engineer, utilizing customer experience matrices to inform optical specifications. Earlier roles included technical support at SAB Connect, Inc., applications design at A-Light Architectural Lighting, and architectural internships at Bikestation and SGC Design Group, alongside foundational experience as a Junior Architect at Pheroze Kudianavala Consultant Engineers. Meghna holds a Master's in Sustainable Design, Lighting from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
