Dariusz Matejewski

Dariusz Matejewski has a diverse work experience in software development spanning over 12 years. Dariusz began their career at BRE Systems as a Junior Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of small expansions to the core banking system. Dariusz gained experience in C++ Linux daemons and maintenance of JBasic routines.

In 2009, Dariusz joined Samsung Electronics as a Software Engineer and later became the Scrum Team Lead. Dariusz played a vital role in developing the embedded Android cellphone communicator "Joyn," based on the RCS 5.1 specification. Dariusz was responsible for managing a team of six or more and actively participated in the development process.

Continuing their career at Mobica, Dariusz served as a Senior Software Engineer and the Lead of the scrum team working on the TomTom Navigation application. Dariusz oversaw a team of 6-9 people, organized scrum events, tracked task progress, and maintained client communication.

At Sigma Connectivity Engineering, they worked as a Senior Software Consultant, where they developed a custom camera application on Android. Dariusz'sresponsibilities included requirements analysis, backlog maintenance, UI and middle layer design, software implementation, and unit testing. Dariusz also integrated a biometric sensor driver into the Android kernel.

Dariusz then moved to mBank S.A. as a Senior Android Developer, focusing on the development of the "mBank" mobile banking application. Dariusz was responsible for maintaining the app's architecture and implementing new features within a scrum team.

Joining StepStone as a Senior Android Developer, Dariusz contributed to the development of the Stepstone job seeker application. Dariusz worked as part of a 6+ scrum team, handling Android app maintenance, user interaction tracking, UI development, unit testing, and Firebase remote configuration.

In 2020, Dariusz joined Huawei as the Lead of the Huawei Android AGC support team. Dariusz performed team organizational duties, provided line management, and established external client contacts. Dariusz was also a member and leader of the Huawei App Gallery Connect direct technical integration support team.

Dariusz'smost recent position is with Vodeno as a Senior Android Developer, beginning in October 2020.

Dariusz Matejewski obtained a Master's degree in Multimedia from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology from 2002 to 2008.
