Carolann Cely

Carolann Cely is currently working as the Lower Elementary Dean at VOICE Charter School since August 2023. Prior to this role, Carolann held the position of Master Teacher at The Equity Project (TEP) Charter School from June 2022 to October 2023. With extensive teaching experience dating back to August 2015 at Achievement First, where Carolann worked as a Distinguished Teacher and Elementary School Teacher. Carolann holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from SUNY Geneseo in 2015.
