Carter Thaxton

Carter Thaxton has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2000. Carter began their career as an ASIC Design Engineer at Erlang Technology in 2000. Carter then moved on to become an Embedded Systems Engineer at MotoTron in 2002. In 2006, they joined MathStar as an Applications Engineer. After that, they were a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce.com from 2009 to 2013. Most recently, they have been the VP Technology at Voicebox Karaoke Lounge since 2013.

Carter Thaxton received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis in 1999. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Austin College in 1997.
