Jeff Watt - CPA, CTP, EA

Jeff Watt is a CPA, CTP, and EA with diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Jeff currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at VOID Technologies, where they are responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, modeling, and audit for the international materials science company. Jeff works closely with senior management, external accountants, and the Board of Directors to ensure accurate reporting and management of key risks.

Prior to joining VOID Technologies, Jeff held various roles at Oshkosh Corporation. As the Director of International Finance, they led the finance efforts for the International Shared Services Department, focusing on financial analysis, structured finance solutions, export shipping, international credit, and trade receivables. In their role as the Director of Investor Relations, Jeff shaped and managed investor relations activities, providing financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making. Jeff also served as the Senior Treasury Manager, overseeing investment, debt, and working capital management, as well as treasury systems administration.

Earlier in their career, Jeff worked at Appleton, where they held various positions, including International Finance and Administration Manager, Manager of Credit and Accounts Receivable, Credit Analyst, and Customer Service Representative.

Throughout their career, Jeff has showcased their expertise in finance, accounting, and treasury management, consistently driving value for the organizations they have worked for.

Jeff Watt holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business from Lakeland University, which they completed in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing from Fox Valley Technical College in 1994. In addition to their formal education, Jeff has also obtained several certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Wisconsin, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals, and Enrolled Agent (EA) from the Internal Revenue Service. Jeff has also obtained a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
