Vance McNeilly

As Chief Operating Officer of Voit Real Estate Services, Mr. McNeilly leads Voit’s financial operations and is an integral part of the development and execution of strategies to further streamline Voit’s financial systems. He also oversees HR, IT, data research, regulatory compliance and the company’s administration throughout its six Southern California offices. McNeilly served as Voit’s Chief Financial Officer from 2011 through 2015.

Prior to joining Voit, McNeilly spent ten years with Trammell Crow Company, primarily as Regional Financial Manager for the Western U.S., then as V.P. of Finance for CBRE after the merger. His more than 25 years of experience in industry-leading commercial real estate firms includes financial and operational roles with regional full-service firms Lowe Enterprises and Tooley & Company.

McNeilly is an alumnus of the UCLA Graduate School of Management & School of Law, having previously obtained his undergraduate degree with highest honors in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
