Stephanie Holdt

Stephanie Holdt started her career in 2003 at Brose in the controlling division after studying international business administration. In this role, she was responsible for various management functions in controlling and finance until 2009, with stations in the United States. Ms. Holdt then moved to Knorr-Bremse AG, where she was Senior Manager, Corporate Controlling in the group division until 2012 and then took the position of Senior Director, Finance for the BMW Group in Munich.

From 2014 to 2018, Ms. Holdt worked at the Knauf Group as Vice President, Corporate Controlling.

She was then appointed to Chief Financial Officer of USG Corporation, a U.S. based building materials manufacturer headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, she was also responsible for the management of the IT organization in her Executive Board portfolio.

Ms. Holdt has been a member of the Corporate Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer of the Voith Group since May 1, 2022.
