Roy Chiu

Roy Chiu's work experience includes roles in various companies. Roy worked at Volant Partners, Inc as an Advisory Software Engineer starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Base2 Solutions from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Bluetooth SIG as a Principal Software Engineer from 2008 to 2018, where they developed a Windows desktop application using C# and WPF. From 1999 to 2007, they served as a Principal Engineer at Peerless Systems Corporation, focusing on porting PostScript and PDF interpreters onto embedded devices.

Roy Chiu pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington, from 1997 to 1999. Roy later continued their education at the same university, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 2007 to 2009.
