Rachael Moss is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and staffing sector. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at The Access Group since November 2020 and Marketing Director at Volcanic, Rachael has a proven track record of leading innovative marketing strategies and brand positioning across multiple organizations. Notable achievements include executing a global rebrand at Erecruit, facilitating its acquisition by Bullhorn, and developing targeted marketing approaches that enhanced brand awareness and sales pipelines. Previous roles include Group Marketing Director positions at Erecruit, Bond International Software, and TempBuddy, as well as significant marketing leadership roles at Kelly Services, Impellam, Randstad, and Select Appointments Plc.
