Carl Montague

Carl Montague is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Volex since July 2017, Carl oversees a large workforce at the Shenzhen campus, focusing on producing high-quality cable and connectivity solutions for various industries, including automotive and consumer electronics. Previously, Carl held significant leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at StrikoWestofen GmbH and Special Projects Manager at Söhner GmbH. Notably, during a long tenure at Nordson Dage Advanced Technology Suzhou, Carl successfully developed operational methodologies and led quality initiatives, achieving ISO9001 accreditation. Carl holds a Higher National Certificate in Electronics from the University of Brighton.
