Alexey Kochetkov

Alexey Kochetkov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process analysis and optimization, serving as a Business Change Manager at OOO "Volga-Dnepr Moscow" since December 2010, where strategic initiatives are developed to enhance revenue growth and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Alexey held the position of Head of Strategy Department at Russian Railways from June 2007 to December 2010, focusing on corporate management systems and implementing ISO 9001:2000 standards.
