Richard Kent

Richard Kent has extensive experience in the electrification and project management sectors. Currently serving as OHL Lead at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd since July 2014, Richard oversees OHL electrification disciplines. Prior to this, Richard was a Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Rail, leading significant Thameslink projects and managing a team of over 40 professionals. Experience includes managing telecoms projects for Babcock International Group PLC, focusing on the South East and East Coast Mainline, and serving as Director at RK Rail Ltd. Richard's tenure at Balfour Beatty Rail as Construction Manager involved overseeing substantial projects such as the Stevenage to Hitchin OLE Renewals. Education was completed at Neave Secondary in Romford.
