Mark Knowles has been working as a Lead Engineer at VolkerRail Ltd since August 2022. Prior to this, Mark has been employed at Network Rail since January 2013, where Mark holds the title of PTO/CRE. Mark's responsibilities involve planning and delivering P-way renewals.
