Brendan Deacy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the civil engineering sector. Since joining Volker Stevin in October 2010, Brendan has excelled in the role of senior commercial manager, demonstrating strong leadership and commercial acumen. Prior to this, Brendan served as senior quantity surveyor at Birse Civils Ltd from 1990 to 2000, where skills in project management and cost estimation were developed.
