Bal Rai

Bal Rai's work experience includes serving as the Head of Resourcing at VolkerWessels UK since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the leading resourcing professional for Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM from 2019 to 2021. Bal also served as the Divisional Head of Resourcing - Construction & Infrastructure Services at Kier Group from 2008 to 2021. Bal Rai began their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at AndersElite from 2005 to 2008.

Bal Rai attended Coventry University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Enterprise.
