Arnoud Stelder

Arnoud Stelder has over a decade of work experience in various roles and industries. Arnoud is currently the Director of Corporate Development at VolkerWessels, where they are responsible for running strategic programs, overseeing M&A transactions, and implementing innovative solutions. Previously, Arnoud worked at McKinsey & Company, where they served as an Engagement Manager and an Associate. In these roles, they led client engagements, managed teams, and contributed to the development of strategies for energy and oil & gas companies. Prior to McKinsey, Arnoud worked at Maersk Oil as a Reservoir Engineer, where they supervised well test operations and contributed to exploration projects. Arnoud also held a role as a Well Site Engineer, managing drilling operations and ensuring safety standards. Arnoud completed their MSc in Reservoir Engineering and Management from Heriot-Watt University and served as the Student-President of the Faculty Council at Universiteit Utrecht. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in strategy development, project management, and technical engineering in the construction, energy, and oil & gas sectors.

Arnoud Stelder completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Reservoir Engineering and Management from Heriot-Watt University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Explorational Geology from Utrecht University in 2009-2010. Arnoud also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology/Geophysics from Utrecht University, which they completed in 2006-2009. Arnoud's earlier education includes an Honors degree from Eastern Jr/Sr High School in 2005-2006, specializing in English and Earth/Space Science. Arnoud completed their high school education at Het Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest from 1999-2005, focusing on English, Math, and Science.
